Job Description

SAF Engineering Responsibilities: 
•    Serve as a customer technical contact. 
•    Interpret standards and apply the requirements to products under investigation. 
•    Create and implement test procedures. 
•    Conduct tests in accordance with standards and procedures, record results. 
•    Ensure that test equipment is calibrated or tested and operates properly. 
•    Interface with and update the Lab Manager(s), Team Leader(s) and Project Coordinator(s). 
•    Monitors multiple projects underway. 
•    Prepare certification reports and related documents.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Four-year college Engineering degree, or other technical degree with relevant work experience
• Four years of direct work experience in product safety engineering and hazardous location equipment product safety engineering.

Additional Information

Position is full-time working Monday - Friday 09:00am - 5:00 pm, and additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance to Baltimore, MD are encouraged to apply.
