WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Design Director and partners closely with Expert Designers, the broader Sports Apparel design community, and cross-functional partners. The team brings diverse perspectives together to create distinctive apparel for athletes, teams, and fans across Nike-branded and licensed collections.

Nike is looking for a Graphic Designer II who can help shape the future of Field Sports apparel through innovative graphic storytelling and product expression. They translate complex consumer, athlete, team, cultural, and marketplace insights into authentic narratives and compelling design solutions. They thrive in collaborative environments, seek diverse perspectives, and give and receive constructive feedback with clarity. The ideal candidate balances creative vision with disciplined execution, manages multiple projects effectively, and consistently upholds Nike brand standards. They understand typography, identity, color, and apparel product creation, and they stay connected to emerging design trends and visual culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, apparel design, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 1 to 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, color design, or product design.
  • A curated portfolio demonstrating research, inspiration, design development, problem-solving, process, and final execution across a range of projects.
  • Proficiency in typography, brand identity, color theory, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
  • Willingness to work with digital and 3D tools, supported by an understanding of apparel product creation, design trends, and visual culture.


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will help shape the future of Field Sports apparel through compelling graphic narratives, innovative design solutions, and consumer-driven storytelling. Your work will connect with athletes, teams, and fans while strengthening visual expression across Nike branded and licensed collections.
  • Create seasonal graphics and visual systems for Nike-branded and licensed Field Sports apparel collections.
  • Translate insights from athletes, fans, teams, cultural trends, and the marketplace into authentic graphic stories and product solutions.
  • Design distinctive visual expressions for uniforms, on-field products, fanwear, and sideline collections.
  • Partner with Expert Designers, the broader Sports Apparel design community, and cross-functional teams to bring diverse creative perspectives to life.
  • Present creative concepts and communicate your design vision clearly to internal and external partners.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong craft, consistent execution, and Nike brand standards.
  • Contribute constructive feedback and help foster an inclusive, collaborative design environment.
