They might be activating a new card, replacing a lost one, sorting out a disputed charge, or getting a time-sensitive payment through. These moments matter, and you're the person who makes them go smoothly. What the Work Involves Inbound calls on card activation, replacements, lost or stolen cards, balances, and account questions Payments, transfers, and disputes, handled accurately and securely Identity verification and strict security and compliance protocols on every call Spotting potential fraud and helping resolve it with composure Accurate documentation of every interaction You're a Fit If You Bring Clear, empathetic phone communication, even when callers are stressed Care for protecting sensitive financial information Comfort moving between multiple systems at once Composure and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Strong plus: banking, card, financial services, or contact center experience Your Path to Starting Work Week 1: Apply.
