Job Description
Position Summary
Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytically strong Pricing and Quoting Specialist to support our North America network of laboratories. This role is responsible for responding to both formal Request For Proposals (RFPs) as well as routine pricing and quoting responsibilities. The role includes developing accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing and quotations for a wide range of bioanalytical and testing services. The ideal candidate enjoys working with complex data, collaborating cross‑functionally, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of science, business, and customer engagement while contributing to meaningful work that supports the development of life‑changing therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to formal RFPs by providing pricing for services and quotations
- Read, interpret, and comprehend scientific test methods and study protocols to assign appropriate pricing
- Utilize Excel‑based pricing models to calculate prices for complex and custom studies
- Apply pricing structures that are logically consistent, commercially sound, and aligned with profitability goals
- Generate clear, robust, and competitive quotations aligned with market expectations
- Create, maintain, and update test services and pricing within internal computer systems
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Project Management teams to develop creative and effective solutions for complex scopes of work
- Provide superlative service to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the quoting process
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Science background/education and/or laboratory experience preferred.
- Science or Business degree preferred but not necessary.
- Strong computational thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality work with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity applications, particularly Excel

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours, as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.Â
