The Role
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

Calendar Management: Manage daily calendars and executive travel across multiple Global time zones - solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative and team-oriented manner

Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and tracking action items

Operational Support: Communicate directly and on behalf of the engineering, product, security, technical support teams both internally and externally (VIP stakeholders including customers, executive staff, vendors, and company-wide communications)

Events: Work with C-level leaders and tenured teams on business rhythms and events
-
Project Management: Execute special projects and project manage events, effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and managing deadline pressures while providing proactive updates

Operational Support: Anticipating the leaders' needs, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Triage: Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine levels of urgency and the appropriate courses of action in collaboration with other EAs and executive staff

Data Management: Maintaining records and files, including confidential information, and managing CRM data

Expense Management: Processing and reconciling expenses accurately

Conflict resolution: Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through
-
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment.

Proficient in Gmail/Google Suite

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
