The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is seeking a talented and motivated professional to serve in the role of IT Liaison. As part of our team, you'll contribute to the stewardship of the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP)--the largest retirement plan in the U.S.--and help deliver exceptional service to federal employees, members of the uniformed services, and beneficiaries.
Duties
Provides technical assistance related to the coordination of projects and programs by tracking schedules, funds, and deliverables. Serves as a liaison between program staff that is focused on how the Thrift Savings Plan operates, and technical and legal subject matter experts focused on cyber security, privacy, and technology best practices. Performs support for surveillance and oversight activities such as the inspection and acceptance of contractor deliverables and services. Performs routine IT contractual compliance reviews, metric assessments, tracking, and reporting tasks for the agency. Provides assistance and support to address cyber security vulnerabilities and threat information.

Qualifications and evaluation
Your qualifications will be evaluated based on your application materials (e.g., resume, supporting documents), your responses on the application questionnaire, and your responses to all assessments required for this position. Category Rating Procedure: Once the application process is complete, your resume, supporting documentation, and questionnaire responses will be used to determine whether you meet the minimum qualifications for this position. If you are minimally qualified, your responses to the USA Hire assessment(s) will be evaluated and you will be placed into one of three predefined quality categories: Best Qualified, Well Qualified, or Qualified.
