Main Purpose of Role

The Inventory Systems Coordinator is essential for ensuring the precision and reliability of inventory management systems, with a primary focus on maintaining inventory accuracy. This position is central to managing and optimizing the complex network of inventory processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the supply chain.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure inventory accuracy across multiple systems to facilitate seamless operations.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of inventory systems to support operational efficiency.
- Manage user access and ensure reliable equipment connectivity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct investigations into inventory discrepancies, implementing necessary corrections to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate directly with site teams to address all inventory-related inquiries and requests.
- Develop and oversee monthly inventory reports to provide insightful data analysis and trend identification.
- Contribute to the creation and approval of system-related procedures, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
- Participate in the validation and change management processes to ensure systems meet required validation standards.
- Provide support for inventory audits at various sites to ensure accuracy and compliance.
This position may be based at any of the following company locations: Columbus, OH; Tipp City, OH; Sturgis, MI; or Casa Grande, AZ. Candidates must be physically located and work onsite at one these plant or distribution center locations.
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Prior job experience within the plant
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to multitask.
The base pay for this position is
$24.65 – $49.25/hourIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
