Duties
Provides leadership to subordinates and technical guidance to executive/management level representatives from the Military Services, DCMA, and other Government Agencies. Serves as the Packaging Director, senior staff Packaging Specialist and first-line supervisor over the Packaging Group of the Logistics Center. Facilitates the Packaging Management Program. Provides input on DoD packaging policy and provide technical expertise (assistance, support and training) on PPPM, HAZMAT and packaging related disciplines to DCMA personnel and its customers. Assures that Group personnel are familiar with and cognizant of the training and educational needs of field specialists who oversee packaging process compliance.
