Sr Financial Analyst

About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Sr Financial Analyst to serve as the

senior financial advisor supporting fund management, reporting, compliance, and financial operations.

This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

• Lead financial analysis and reporting initiatives.
• Support strategic financial planning.
• Analyze complex funding and reimbursement issues.
• Provide recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee financial compliance activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with federal government.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
