The Operations & Resiliency Group (O&R) serves to strengthen, support, and ensure the resiliency of many of the Bank's essential on-site operations, includingĀ those ofĀ the Bank's Cash Operations, Law Enforcement Unit,Ā Reserve Bank Accounts and Services,Ā Federal Reserve Financial Services, Business Continuity and ResiliencyĀ teams.Ā
Within O&R sits the Strategy and Product Advancement team (S&PA), responsible for driving strategic planning, defining technology product vision and roadmaps, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate O&R's operationalĀ objectivesĀ into value-driven product capabilities. S&PA serves as the bridge between business strategy and technology delivery, ensuring alignment across priorities andĀ facilitatingĀ the advancement of digital solutions that enhance O&R's mission-critical operations.Ā Ā
S&PA is seeking a qualified candidate who can support the development and execution of strategic priorities across the Group, driving alignment with Bank-wideĀ objectivesĀ and enabling operational excellence through strategic planning, initiative management, and stakeholder engagement.Ā
HowĀ YouāllĀ Make an Impact as a Strategy Manager:
Develop strategic frameworks, business cases, trend assessments, and external insights to enable high-quality strategic decision-makingĀ Ā
Lead the Group's strategic planning process, partnering with the Group Head,Ā Senior Leadership Team, and other business leaders andĀ partnersĀ to define strategic direction,Ā establishĀ priorities, and setĀ objectivesĀ that align with Bank-wide and Federal Reserve System goalsĀ Ā
Work with business line leaders to convert strategic priorities into concrete execution plans, defining how each area will contribute to GroupĀ objectivesĀ andĀ establishingĀ metrics to track progressĀ Ā
Oversee the Group-wideĀ Objectives & Key Results (OKR)Ā management process to ensure consistent, high-quality tracking and execution of strategic initiativesĀ
Ā Monitor strategic initiative health,Ā identifyĀ risks or roadblocks, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement mitigation strategiesĀ
Analyze performance trends andĀ identifyĀ areas requiring strategic intervention, providing insights and recommendations to leadershipĀ
Identify, prioritize, and support the implementation of continuous improvement and innovation opportunitiesĀ Ā
Establish regular communication cadences and deliver strategic briefings to Functions and Executive Leadership Team on progress and key decisionsĀ

Work experience in a role thatĀ requiredĀ a strategic viewpoint across different business dimensions and goalsĀ

Analytical & Communication SkillsĀ
Experience gathering, analyzing, and communicating information in a concise and compelling manner to senior stakeholders and varied audiencesĀ
ExperienceĀ identifying, developing, andĀ utilizingĀ metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and track business performanceĀ
Familiarity with OKR (Objectives & Key Results) or similarĀ goal-settingĀ and performance management frameworksĀ

Execution & DeliveryĀ
ProvenĀ track recordĀ leading multiple initiatives to drive results despite competing prioritiesĀ

Salary Range: $175,000Ā - $240,000 /Ā yearāÆĀ
