> Prepare clear, concise materials for senior management, governance committees, regulators, internal audit, and validation teams, including production updates, presentations, briefing documents, status reports, and decision papers.
> Track production and project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items; identify exceptions or obstacles, escalate concerns, and support timely resolution.
> Support the recurring US Market Risk Capital production cycle, including data collection, result generation, completeness and reasonableness checks, variance analysis, issue tracking, and management reporting.
> Perform review and reconciliation of US Market Risk Capital results across relevant reporting views; investigate material movements and data or calculation exceptions in partnership with Risk Analytics, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders.
> Maintain production documentation, control evidence, process procedures, issue logs, and audit trails to support a well-controlled and transparent capital production process.
> Perform analytical reviews of US Market Risk Capital results and support efforts to strengthen controls, data quality, transparency, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency across capital production processes.
> Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, process validation reviews, and other production- and governance-related activities.
> Perform ad hoc capital analyses and contribute to special projects in support of management decision-making and the broader objectives of the Market Risk Capital organization.
You Have:
> Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
> 1-3 years of experience in financial services, risk management, finance, regulatory reporting, capital, consulting, project management, or a related field. Relevant internship or rotational-program experience may also be considered.
> Experience supporting analytical, production, reporting, or project workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
> Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage recurring production deliverables and project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
> Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise materials for senior management audiences.
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
> Ability to build effective working relationships and engage stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority, with appropriate guidance.
> Exposure to capital production, regulatory reporting, governance frameworks, regulatory initiatives, operating model development, or process improvement is preferred.
