This Executive Administrative Assistant position will be a key member of MedtronicāsĀ Interventional CardiologyĀ Therapies (ICT)Ā businessĀ based out ofĀ our Mounds View, MNĀ facility. This role provides executive administrative support toĀ our ICTĀ PresidentĀ and Leadership Team, helping ensureĀ proactiveĀ coordination of calendars, meetings, communications, travel, and operational priorities. The position serves as a trusted partner to leadership, supporting confidential business activities,Ā facilitatingĀ follow-through on key action items, and helpingĀ maintainĀ strong execution across the team.Ā
The Executive Administrative Assistant will work closely with internal stakeholders toĀ facilitateĀ leadership meetings, manage documentation and reporting needs, coordinateĀ special events, support local facility needs, and partner withĀ the leadership teamĀ on special projects as needed.Ā
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties as assigned:Ā
Proactively manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling prioritiesĀ Ā
Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, team meetings, and cross-functional discussions, including agendas, materials, notes, roomĀ logistics, visitor needs, and follow-upĀ
Track action items, decisions, deadlines, and priorities to support leadership accountability and executionĀ
Draft, edit, and route correspondence, meeting communications, and internal updates as neededĀ
Prepare executive-ready materials, reports, trackers, and presentations using Microsoft 365 toolsĀ
Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, and relatedĀ logisticsĀ
Support confidential and sensitive business matters with discretion and sound judgmentĀ
Maintain organized digital filing systems, trackers, contact lists, and shared team resourcesĀ
Partner withĀ leadershipĀ team and administrative colleagues to support consistent execution and communication flowĀ
AssistĀ with special projects, team events, local facility needs, and other leadership support as assignedĀ
Required Knowledge and Experience:Ā
6+ years of relevant administrative or executive support experience supporting senior leadersĀ
Experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and confidential informationĀ
Strong organizational, technical, communication, and influencing skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work confidently across all levels of the organization and with external business contactsĀ
Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to create meeting materials and follow up to ensure content is received on timeĀ
Proven experience supporting projects and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, while handling interruptions professionallyĀ
Experience working with confidential and trusted informationĀ
Strong drive for results, responsiveness, self-initiative, and the ability to quickly learn and handle a wide range of projects, tasks, and issues in new and effective waysĀ
Ability to travel 3 to 4 times per year,Ā approximately 10Ā toĀ 12 daysĀ annuallyĀ
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
