Duties
Provides full responsibility of a Team Lead supporting the Industrial Property Branch Chief, who provides oversight and guidance on contract property management to agency and contract stakeholders through property administration, record keeping, pro. Serves as team leader in assigning work to employees on the team based on priorities jointly established with the supervisor. Ensures that the organizations strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work product and services. Coaches in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques, provides advice on work methods, practices and procedures, and assist the team and/or individual members in identifying the parameters of a viable. Researches, learns and applies a wide rand of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products.

Education
