Duties

Lead, supervise, and coordinate a diverse professional staff. Direct work in budget formulation, project coordination, customer support, and performance analysis to ensure organizational goals are met. Direct all budget phases, including formulation, justification, and execution. Formulate Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) rates and ensure financial operations comply with all laws and regulations. Lead short and long-term strategic planning for the organization’s services and related business requirements. Develop and maintain corporate business plans, proposals, pricing, and service level agreements. Analyze operational methods, procedures, and metrics to resolve inefficiencies. Develop and implement corrective actions to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure program goals are achieved. Develop and execute organizational policies, business implementation plans, and internal controls. Ensure operations remain compliant and effective by staying current with DoD and Agency directives.
