As a Workforce Lead, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key partners across Finance, Technology, Human Resources, and Vendor Management. This is more than workforce planning. Leveraging advanced analytics, workforce intelligence, and governance expertise, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic workforce decisions, optimize hiring and contingent labor strategies, and support long-term organizational growth. You'll work with senior leaders to solve challenging business problems, improve workforce outcomes, and deliver the visibility needed to make confident, data-driven decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

Workforce Analytics & Reporting 

  • Develop and deliver workforce analytics, reporting, and insights related to headcount, hiring, organizational health, workforce trends, and in-office expectations. 

  • Analyze organizational structures, spans and layers, workforce composition, and staffing plans to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies. 

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and large datasets to produce decision-ready materials and recommendations for senior leadership. 

  • Support workforce tool enhancements, testing efforts, and process improvements to ensure data accuracy and operational effectiveness. 

Workforce Governance & Controls 

  • Administer workforce request processes and governance activities to ensure alignment with business strategy, workforce plans, financial targets, and staffing priorities. 

  • Perform quality reviews of workforce requests, data, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with established policies, controls, and approval requirements. 

  • Monitor workforce management systems and dashboards, resolve exceptions, and drive timely completion of workforce actions. 

  • Partner with business leaders, finance, human resources, and workforce stakeholders to support workforce planning, prioritization, and governance decisions. 

  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities while serving as a point of escalation for workforce-related issues. 

Contingent Workforce Administration 

  • Partner with vendor management and managed service providers to administer contingent workforce processes and maintain accurate workforce records. 

  • Coordinate workforce lifecycle activities, including extensions, status changes, onboarding, and related administrative updates. 

Early Talent Planning & Program Support 

  • Support workforce planning, allocation, and onboarding activities for internship, analyst, and early-career talent programs. 

  • Maintain workforce plans and talent rosters while partnering with stakeholders to address placement, capacity, and hiring needs. 

SharePoint & Workforce Administration 

  • Administer workforce-related SharePoint access and support periodic access reviews and attestations. 

  • Maintain workforce documentation, records, and content repositories in accordance with governance, control, and record management requirements. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education. 

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel including data preparation, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting. 

  • 3+ years of experience with workforce systems such as WRT, Workday, Beeline, or comparable platforms. 

  • 3+ years of workforce governance, data quality, internal controls, and issue remediation. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to senior stakeholders. 

  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage daily, weekly, seasonal, and ad hoc priorities with accuracy. 

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives and influencing outcomes across business and technology teams without direct authority. 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, human resources, technology, or a related discipline. 

  • Experience with Alteryx. 

  • Intermediate proficiency with SharePoint administration and access management. 

  • Experience with organizational design analysis, including spans and layers. 

  • Experience supporting early talent programs or contingent workforce operations. 

  • Experience with user acceptance testing and implementation of workforce technology enhancements. 

  • Financial services or another highly regulated industry experience.
