We are looking for an experienced Multi-Family Regional Manager who is ready to lead, develop teams, drive property performance, and make a meaningful impact across a portfolio of communities.

Why the Multi-Family Regional Manager position:

As a Regional Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across an assigned portfolio while partnering closely with Property Managers and company leadership.

• Lead the overall operational and financial performance of assigned multifamily communities.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, improve revenue, control expenses, and maximize property performance.

• Coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including occupancy, collections, delinquency, leasing activity, resident retention, expenses, and overall financial results.

• Review property budgets, financial reports, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct regular property visits and partner with onsite teams to address operational needs and maintain company standards.

• Support Property Managers with staffing, employee development, performance management, and other operational challenges.

• Ensure assigned communities remain compliant with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Promote an exceptional resident experience and support teams in resolving escalated resident concerns.

• Partner with leadership, corporate departments, vendors, and onsite teams to accomplish portfolio and company objectives.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, improve property performance, and develop future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications of the Multi-Family Regional Manager:

• 5+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience, preferably with multi-site, district, or regional oversight.

• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, financial performance, budgeting, occupancy, collections, and property-level KPIs.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn property data into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• College degree required.
