Overview

Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Supervisor to support daily operations at assigned contract locations. This position is responsible for coordinating staffing activities, maintaining personnel records, tracking certifications, and supporting operational readiness while serving as a key liaison between site leadership and functional support teams. 

  • The ideal candidate is a strong administrative professional with experience in security, law enforcement, military, medical, or related operational environments. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical role in workforce management, personnel administration, and operational support while contributing directly to contract success and customer satisfaction. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staffing schedules and personnel assignments to support operational requirements. 
  • Track employee certifications, qualifications, training requirements, and compliance records. 
  • Support daily administrative operations for assigned contract locations. 
  • Modify, update, and maintain personnel, operational, and administrative records within automated systems. 
  • Maintain databases, records management systems, and comprehensive data platforms. 
  • Conduct data inquiries, records searches, and reporting activities utilizing automated systems. 
  • Generate and maintain reports, documentation, and personnel records as required. 
  • Support Site Project Managers, Training Coordinators, and functional support teams with staffing and operational requirements. 
  • Coordinate administrative support activities involving recruiting, human resources, operations, and finance functions. 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and contractual requirements. 
  • Respond to and assist medical personnel, fire departments, law enforcement personnel, and other emergency responders when directed. 
  • Support quality assurance efforts by reviewing records for completeness and accuracy. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a related field required. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a security, medical, clerical, administrative, or related position. 
  • Experience supporting security operations, law enforcement organizations, military organizations, or comparable environments; equivalent education and experience may be considered. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of specialized administrative or operational support experience. 
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities. 
  • Ability to successfully pass required background screening requirements. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field. 
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts. 
  • Experience with workforce scheduling, personnel administration, or compliance tracking. 
  • Experience maintaining personnel records, certifications, and training documentation. 
  • Experience working in a security, military, public safety, or law enforcement environment. 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

  • Knowledge of administrative support operations, records management, and office procedures. 
  • Knowledge of report preparation, document control, business correspondence, and filing systems. 
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Ability to prepare reports, maintain databases, and manage administrative records. 
  • Commitment to professionalism, customer service, and mission success.
