What you get to do in this role:

• Configure and maintain candidate workflows, job posting templates, and recruiting pipelines that match business requirements
• Build and maintain REST API integrations between Avature and core HR systems (ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)
• Develop dashboards and reports for recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, candidate source quality, pipeline velocity, diversity metrics)
• Maintain sourcing modules, candidate experience features, and application processes to optimize recruiter efficiency
• Build middleware and data connectors to synchronize candidate data, job postings, and hiring outcomes across systems
• Conduct data audits and support ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across Avature and downstream systems
• Manage job requisition processes, approval workflows, and recruiter tools within Avature
• Partner with Recruiting Operations and DT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and optimize system performance
• Serve as subject matter expert on Avature capabilities and support user onboarding and change management initiatives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:
•    3+ years of experience in ATS administration, configuration, or development (or equivalent platform experience)
•    Hands-on experience configuring applicant tracking systems (Avature preferred; similar platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS acceptable)
•    Strong understanding of REST APIs and data integration patterns (you can read API documentation and build point-to-point connectors)
•    SQL or similar query language experience for reporting and data extraction
•    Configuration mindset: comfortable with both low-code configuration tools and scripting/coding for custom solutions
•    Problem-solving across technical and business domains—you can translate recruiting workflows into system requirements
•    Clear communication skills to document technical solutions and present to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills
•    Experience with JSON, JavaScript, or scripting languages
•    Background in HR systems, HRIS platforms, or recruiting technology
•    Exposure to data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and secure data handling
•    Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Zapier, custom webhooks) or middleware
•    Familiarity with agile development practices
