Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking an accomplished Data Warehouse Analyst with database analysis and design experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
Responsible for managing stakeholders and empowered to identify and stick to business goals. Make sure to clearly identify the scope of the project, prioritize the backlog, manage the timetable, and the resources. Communicate all facets of the project clearly to all stakeholders. Performs user research, to identify all impacts, dependencies, risks and issues. Creates user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, documents meeting minutes, and any associated artifacts. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Responsible to apply Agile principals while remaining flexible, highly collaborative and takes ownership.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 5 years experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to gain Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or product area using intellectual curiosity
• Ability to own and lead the business vision with the team and demonstrate commitment by being highly engaged
• Experience with managing backlog and successfully be able to appropriately prioritize based on business value
• Accountable for maximizing the value of the data solution resulting from the work of the Scrum Team
• Experience with stakeholder management and ability to facilitate stakeholder decisions to drive project forward for U.S. Bank and customer or partner
• Experience in developing status reports, project roadmaps and engagement in planning activities
• Work with agile teams, stakeholders and/or project requestors to refine business request into workable Jira EPICs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts
• Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and problem solve through collaboration
• Proven ability to manage and earn trust of multiple competing stakeholders, set direction, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages tactfully, drive clarity through leading continuous refinement
•Ability to define project scope and manage project scope changes
• Experience in data management, preferably in financial services

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $117,725.00 - $138,500.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment. U.S. Bank conducts background checks consistent with applicable local laws, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act as well as the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
