Duties

Job Summary: The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) supports House Members, Officers, and staff by providing operations services and business solutions. This position is located in the House Artificial Intelligence Center (AI Center), House Information Resources (HIR), within the CAO. The AI Center’s mission is to facilitate responsible AI adoption across the House by coordinating governance, experimentation, use cases, cybersecurity reviews, cloud evaluations, AI implementations, and staff education. The AI Program Coordinator supports AI Center initiatives, manages customer inquiries, coordinates projects, and facilitates communication with House stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple technical and operational efforts. This position has access to Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This position does not have day-to-day supervisory/managerial responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities: Supports cross-functional AI adoption initiatives from concept to deployment. Contributes to AI governance activities to include enterprise use cases and AI system inventory management. Manage staff inquiries and escalations; capture and analyze customer feedback. Uses experience and knowledge of House customers, processes, and culture to identify a range of methods to gather information from customers; deploys methods as appropriate to achieve effective results. Markets and champions AI Center initiatives and events using appropriate communication methods; ensures that messages are clear, consistent, and compelling. Maintains awareness of the House AI portfolio progress and proactively communicates up-to-date information to stakeholders and customers. Supports the coordination and communication for events, discussion and operational exercises, and communities of interest across both House and non-House stakeholders. Provides strategic, operational, and communications advice on execution and maturation of product roadmaps. Ensures product documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. Develops correspondence and other reports/analysis in response to requests and/or inquiries from Members, Committees, and House support offices. Coordinates and facilitates AI Center team and stakeholder meetings. Prepare and presents briefings to stakeholders, to include executive level briefings for varying senior stakeholders (e.g., the Committee on House Administration, CAO, CAO Chiefs, HIR Senior Leadership). Performs other official duties and special projects assigned.
