  • Monitor application performance, adoption, service health, and user satisfaction metrics.

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional technology teams.

  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced analysts and project team members.

  • Support Agile product delivery practices including backlog management, sprint planning, and release activities.

  • Drive successful adoption of new capabilities through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product delivery, digital transformation, software development, or related technology disciplines.

  • Experience leading medium to large-scale technology initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Strong business process analysis and requirements management capabilities.

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other modern delivery methodologies.

  • Ability to analyze complex systems, integrations, data flows, and business processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Effective change agent capable of leading organizational adoption.

  • Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
