What you’ll do…

  • Resolve issues and respond to client requests for assistance
  • Assist with the implementation of products newly adopted by clients
  • Lead medium to large scale integration projects
  • Set up and configure new integrations within the API Management Platform
  • Gather and review data and information necessary to understand functional and technical implementation requirements
  • Apply business process expertise to align client needs with system capabilities
  • Interface directly with end users to provide detailed support
  • Manage open issues through documentation, prioritization, escalation, and resolution planning
  • Coach peers and new hires to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Document internal processes used to support and maintain systems
  • Maintain current process documentation
  • Maintain records related to system issues, support activities, and department tracking
  • Participate in training opportunities to stay informed of industry changes and trends
  • Support disaster recovery activities when required
  • Accurately track project time
  • Perform Quality Assurance and Customer Acceptance Testing activities
  • Assist with release documentation development and Developer Portal updates
  • Support other business areas as needed based on skills and knowledge
  • Participate in special projects and miscellaneous assignments that support team success

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a customer facing role, preferably within a financial technology or banking environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management verbally and in writing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain composure when handling dissatisfied customers
  • Ability to represent the organization while communicating system issues and deficiencies to customers
  • Team oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to understand complex issues and determine appropriate resolutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic SQL query writing capability
  • Basic API knowledge and familiarity with testing tools such as POSTMAN and SOAPUI
  • Strong project management skills

  • Advanced analytical skills

The salary range for this job is $62,100-$84,100K per year. This is a hybrid position in Southington, CT.
