Role Summary
The AI Enabled Process Transformation Lead is an operations focused Director responsible for identifying, designing, and building AI enabled workflow and process improvements in close partnership with operations teams. The role requires a deep understanding of end to end operational processes and strong, hands on expertise with AI productivity and automation tools-such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent based solutions-to deliver tangible, scalable process transformation. The AI-Enabled Process Transformation Lead will move beyond strategy and opportunity identification to hands on solution design and delivery, ensuring AI capabilities are embedded into day to day operations and produce measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and scalability. The role also plays a critical part in advancing AI adoption through staff training, enablement, and sustained usage across teams.
This is a Director Team Specialist position at the P3 job level within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

Key Responsibilities
> Partner closely with operations leaders and frontline teams to understand end to end workflows, controls, and pain points, translating operational needs into AI enabled solutions.
> Design, build, and deploy AI enabled process improvements-including Copilot driven workflows, task specific agents, and automated process flows-embedded into day to day operations.
> Lead process transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and sustained adoption, ensuring improvements move beyond pilots into standard operating practices.
> Own solution design and configuration while collaborating with technology, risk, and platform partners to ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with firm standards.
> Continuously refine solutions based on operational feedback and performance outcomes, tracking measurable impact such as cycle time reduction, capacity unlocked, quality improvements, and adoption.
> Drive AI training, enablement, and adoption by coaching teams, delivering hands on training, and reinforcing best practices to ensure consistent and effective use. Required Skills & Experience
> Strong background in operations, process management, or operational transformation.
> Demonstrated, hands on experience building AI enabled solutions
> Deep working knowledge of AI productivity and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, agent builders, workflow automation)
> Ability to translate complex operational workflows into functional AI enabled designs
> Experience delivering change and driving adoption within operational teams
> Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
> Prior experience in tax operations a plus
