  • Deliver executive dashboards providing real-time visibility into NPI milestones, launch readiness, supplier status, and capacity.
  • Drive secure data exchange, master data alignment, and process handoffs across internal platforms and external partner ecosystems.
  • Manage program milestones, risk registers, executive readouts, and vendor scope, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Lead UAT, deployment, training, communication, and post-launch stabilization while streamlining processes through automation.

What We Need to See:

  • Consistent track record leading multi-functional IT programs, enterprise systems, data platforms, and workflow automation.
  • Deep understanding of requirements gathering, solution design, Agile/Scrum, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Solid experience partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams.
  • Ability to translate complex operations into clear system requirements, program plans, governance mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.
  • Practical experience defining metrics, building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and presenting executive-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading implementation partners, cross-team dependencies, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
  • Excellent written/verbal skills with the ability to simplify complexity and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of experience.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Direct experience supporting AI chip NPI, advanced packaging, hardware supply chain, or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on background leading SAP S/4HANA transformations, large-scale ERP rollouts, or master data management implementations.
  • Demonstrable experience with global supply chain ecosystems, external manufacturing partners, role-based access control, and audit compliance.
