This business-facing role will drive adoption of enterprise identity and access management services, support user transitions, resolve complex access issues, and translate business feedback into actionable improvements for IAM product and engineering teams.

The role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, and business operations. The successful candidate will combine deep IAM knowledge with strong stakeholder engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to business partners and the voice of the customer to IAM product teams. This is an enablement and adoption role, not a traditional security operations or engineering position.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with Lines of Business, application teams, and IAM product owners to drive adoption and effective use of enterprise IAM services.
• Understand business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions align with real‑world use cases
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate IAM solutions meet business requirements
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex IAM issues; assess business impact and coordinate timely resolution across IAM, Cybersecurity, operations, and application teams.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, adoption data, and access pain points into actionable recommendations for IAM product and engineering teams.
• Influence product roadmaps, backlog priorities, process improvements, and communications based on business impact, risk, and user experience.
• Provide senior-level consultation on IAM controls, policy requirements, least privilege, and zero trust principles across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Develop executive-ready updates that clearly communicate adoption progress, customer themes, risks, decisions, dependencies, and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners to resolve issues, deliver strategic initiatives, and improve the end-to-end IAM customer experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using AI‑assisted development and analysis tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and approved code‑centric agents)
• Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Apply strong technical judgment when validating and integrating AI‑assisted outputs into solutions
• Understand and account for model limitations, security risks, and operational considerations
• Apply AI responsibly in development and production environments
• Ensure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and ethical standards

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 7+ years of information security experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience leading IAM onboarding, migrations, adoption, UAT, or transformation initiatives in a large, complex organization.
• Knowledge of authentication, identity governance and administration, privileged access management, multifactor authentication, directory services, API access management, and identity analytics.
• Experience working across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, including Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Active Directory.
• Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders, influencing without direct authority, and translating technical concepts into clear business language.
• Experience resolving complex, cross-system IAM issues in high-pressure, business-impacting situations.
• Experience gathering voice-of-customer feedback and using data and business impact to influence product priorities and service improvements.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry and familiarity with Agile or product-led delivery environments.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to support time-sensitive business escalations and major IAM deployments as needed.
• This role does not include direct software engineering or day-to-day security operations responsibilities.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$191,000.00 - $305,000.00
