Job Description
Responsible for working on large-scale data, analytics, personalization, and digital marketing initiatives that gather and integrate data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations across the company. Acquires, analyzes, and interprets complex data to identify trends, answer business questions, and support data-driven decision making. Utilizes statistical techniques, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer, to support onsite personalization and multi-channel customer journey execution. Presents analysis and campaign performance results in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to quickly understand findings and take action. Collaborates with marketing, analytics, risk, and technology partners in an Agile environment to deliver a holistic view of customer behavior and campaign effectiveness. Measures and monitors the impact of recommendations and marketing activations, identifies opportunities for optimization, and communicates results. Plays a key role in developing and expanding digital campaign and journey orchestration capabilities while ensuring all data acquisition, sharing, and activation activities comply with company standards and governance requirements.
Additional responsibilities include:
Gains an in-depth knowledge of a various line of business website/mobile app architecture, digital business model, and digital marketing strategy;
Gathers, documents, and helps to form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements;
Designs Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer technical solutions to support personalization, multi-touch marketing, and multi-channel journey orchestration defined by the customer journey;
Leads technology-related activities for tagging, web analytics, A/B testing, cross-channel personalization, journey orchestration, and attribution programs;
Uses real-time web analytics for monitoring results and optimizing/influencing testing outcomes;
Generates customized code, journey logic, and configuration updates as needed, and assists with implementation and deployment;
Validates and debugs implementation and follows through on issues until resolved;
Advises key stakeholders and drives success based on lines of business’s most important business drivers;
Interacts frequently, confidently, and proactively with teammates via phone, email, and/or in-person— including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives;
Manages expectations appropriately and keeps projects on schedule and within scope;
Works to educate internal customers on the best practices in relation to their specific goals and key business requirements; and
Creates technical writing/reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
5+ years of related experience working with digital targeting, personalization, marketing automation, and journey orchestration technologies, specifically Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar background
Experience executing in both Adobe Target’s Visual Experience Composer, as well as the more traditional Form based implementation
Knowledge in Server-side, Mobile App and SPA based Target implementation is a plus
Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, audiences, decisioning, and multi-channel journey orchestration is a plus
Solid understanding of digital marketing and data reporting
Experience with tag management systems and data layers
Experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar tools
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM, CORS, and other web standards and protocols
Good JavaScript/jQuery skills
Good understanding on RESTful APIs
Web development experience (angular.js, react.js, node.js) is a plus.
Passion for the digital domain and use of technology to solve business problems
Ability to learn new technologies at high level to identify use opportunities
Solid understanding of general business models, concepts, and strategies
Be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
Possesses an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
Website optimization consulting experience
Experience working on Agile marketing teams
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Location Expectations:
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
