Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented science graduate who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and ensuring accuracy? Join Eurofins as a Quality Assurance Associate and play a critical role in supporting the quality systems that help bring safe, reliable products to market.
In this role, you'll work closely with laboratory and scientific teams to review data, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will:
- Review laboratory reports, data packages, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Partner with scientific teams to identify, communicate, and resolve data discrepancies or quality concerns.
- Support quality system activities including CAPA investigations, change controls, training records, and procedural updates.
- Review protocols, methods, reports, and SOPs to ensure alignment with regulatory and client requirements.
- Evaluate corrective actions and assess potential compliance impacts.
- Communicate findings effectively with laboratory personnel and clients when needed.
- Monitor quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform additional quality-related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
Position is full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply.
