We work closely with engineering, design, and compliance to bring these new sports prediction features to life!

As a Staff Product Manager for Sports Prediction Markets, you will lead the strategy and product lifecycle for our sports-focused prediction tools. You will guide the product definition, plan for major sporting events, and design how we package and present live sports data to our users. In this role, you will partner directly with senior leadership and key executives, navigating high-visibility projects while balancing consumer preferences with fintech regulations. Your work will directly expand our product offerings and introduce prediction markets to millions of customers. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for sports-focused prediction markets, turning complex sports data into simple, intuitive consumer experiences.

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and compliance partners to define product requirements, navigate fintech constraints, and deliver highly compliant features.

  • Plan and execute product launches centered around major sporting events, ensuring robust market liquidity and high system reliability.

  • Incorporate feedback from senior executive reviews and user research to iterate on feature designs and improve platform engagement.

What you bring

  • Proven experience managing consumer-facing applications, with a strong background in sports-focused platforms, prediction markets, or gaming apps (such as DraftKings, FanDuel, or Underdog Sports).

  • Strong expertise in merchandising, presenting, and displays of live sports data to consumers in a highly engaging way.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and collaborate with compliance and legal partners to launch products.

  • Excellent communication skills to present product strategies and updates to executive leadership and align teams around shared goals.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving product requirements and thrive in a high-visibility, collaborative environment.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$191,000$225,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$168,000$198,000 USD

$150,000$176,000 USD
