The Product Owner will serve as a critical liaison across business, operations and technology teams, helping ensure that reporting capabilities, workflows and supporting requirements are understood, prioritized, developed and tested ahead of future conversions.

  • Partner with business-line stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs for future conversions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear requirements and workflows for technology and delivery teams.
  • Work closely with technology, operations and business partners throughout delivery.
  • Support reporting and data initiatives required to prepare business lines for account conversion.
  • Participate in testing, implementation readiness and validation of delivered capabilities.
  • Support both discretionary product enhancements and non-discretionary requirements, including changes driven by regulatory needs.
  • Manage and communicate priorities within a broader program-driven roadmap.
  • Use Jira or similar tools to support requirements, delivery and work management.
  • Identify dependencies and risks that could affect reporting readiness, business readiness or conversion timelines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Product Owner, Product Management or comparable experience supporting complex technology-enabled products or platforms.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience translating business needs into product requirements, workflows and future-state solutions.
  • Experience working across business, operations and technology teams.
  • Experience supporting platform modernization, migration, transformation or conversion initiatives.
  • Strong exposure to reporting, data or data-enabled products and capabilities.
  • Understanding of software/product delivery, testing and implementation readiness.
  • Experience with Jira or comparable Agile/product delivery tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Financial-services experience.
  • Experience supporting investment servicing, custody, wealth management or other complex financial platforms.
  • Experience with regulatory or operational reporting.
  • SQL or similar data-querying knowledge.
  • Experience with large-scale platform conversions or modernization programs.
