Leading incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term system improvements. Owning cloud security posture and enforcing best practices. Monitoring and optimizing cloud costs while maintaining performance and scalability. What You'll Bring to the Table Primary Requirements: 4–7 years of hands-on experience with AWS in production environments. Proven experience operating and improving high-traffic, high-availability systems. Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and system design. Comfort working in ambiguous environments without rigid SOPs. Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills. Preferred Requirements: AWS certifications. Experience in fast-growing or high-scale environments. Experience supporting modern web applications. Competitive salary based on skill set. Fully remote role - work with talented teammates across the globe. Flexible working hours and autonomy over your schedule. 5-day work week for better work-life balance. Team retreats and offsites to connect and recharge. Meal vouchers and employee benefits(health insurance) support. Internal learning tracks to grow into other areas of development.
