Responsibilities
We are seeking an expert-level Cyber Operations professional to support complex cyber operations across deployment and operations, risk and strategy management, and network analysis and exploitation. The successful candidate will apply advanced cyber operations expertise to research, collect, analyze, and evaluate information in support of operational objectives.
This role requires the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, develop effective operational approaches, oversee collection activities, and communicate findings and operational outcomes to technical and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, deploy, and support cyber operations in complex operational environments.
Conduct research across multiple sources of information to identify, assess, and synthesize relevant data supporting cyber operations.
Gather and analyze target information to develop effective approaches for achieving cyber operational objectives.
Conduct network analysis and exploitation activities in support of operational requirements.
Evaluate collected information and intelligence to identify opportunities, gaps, risks, and areas requiring additional collection or analysis.
Develop and implement approaches for improving and enhancing cyber operations based on collected information and operational findings.
Support risk and strategy management, including identifying operational risks and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
Oversee and evaluate collection activities to ensure they remain aligned with operational objectives and priorities.
Produce high-quality cyber operations products, including technical and operational assessments, reports, and other mission-focused deliverables.
Develop and deliver operational briefings to technical teams, leadership, customers, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct outreach and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders to facilitate operational coordination and information sharing.
Translate complex technical and operational information into clear, actionable findings for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with cyber operators, analysts, technical personnel, and leadership to support mission objectives.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI level clearance with relevant polygraph.
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Expert-level experience in cyber operations across one or more of the following areas:
Cyber deployment and operations
Cyber risk and strategy management
Network analysis and exploitation
Demonstrated experience researching and synthesizing information from multiple sources to identify relevant data in support of cyber operations.
Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing target information to develop effective approaches for conducting cyber operations.
Demonstrated experience evaluating collection activities and results to enhance, inform, and oversee cyber operations.
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering cyber operations products and operational briefings.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and conduct outreach with technical and senior-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in complex, mission-focused operational environments.

Target Salary Range
$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
