Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain tests, test lists, and test bundles within Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), including support for compendial updates, pricing changes, and evolving laboratory requirements
  • Interpret analytical methods, compendia, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and compliant test builds.
  • Collaborate with various laboratories to develop solutions that meet testing and reporting needs.
  • Champion the company vision through collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional client service.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting quality and productivity objectives.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision in order to accomplish assigned tasks and meet team objectives.
  • Assess and implement process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and data quality.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for Analytical Definition initiatives and laboratory requests
  • Ā Communicate progress, risks, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Uphold GMP, GLP, quality, compliance, and data integrity standards in all activities.

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:Ā 

  • High School Diploma required
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred.Ā  Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Laboratory experience preferred. Ā Previous work experience using the USP or Ph. Eur. is a plus
  • Experience working in a Ā LIMS preferred.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation
  • Excellent quality of work and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlinesĀ 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and internal/external clientsĀ 
  • Ability to use a personal computer and learn necessary programs
  • Good communication skills (oral and written); versatility in dealing with peopleĀ 
  • Organizational ability

Additional Information

Position is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.Ā  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PAĀ are encouraged to apply.
