The analyst will support high-impact data initiatives spanning call reporting, talent analytics, deposit and credit pipeline, product volume and utilization, win/loss analysis, new logos, revenue attribution, implementation and go-live visibility, and other emerging business needs. The role will bring together information from Salesforce, Power BI, SQL databases, Microsoft Power Platform solutions, and other internal data sources to create accurate, scalable, and decision-ready reporting.

This Analyst will display exceptional inclusive partnership skills and clear-thinking abilities to coordinate efforts across sales, sales leadership, finance, technology, product management, operations, analytics, and other partners. The individual will help translate business questions into analytical requirements, reconcile data across multiple systems, establish consistent definitions, and communicate findings in a clear and compelling manner.

The need for timely, trusted sales intelligence continues to grow and requires an ambitious, forward-thinking resource who can move from raw data to actionable insight. The Analyst will contribute to dashboards, recurring reports, executive summaries, data models, and ad hoc analysis that give sellers and leaders greater visibility into opportunities, activity, performance, and outcomes.
