To grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting,Ā sellingĀ and servicingĀ Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI)Ā products.Ā Ā Build business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption ofĀ VenaSealĀ and Closure System product portfolio across the continuum of care for Venous Disease.Ā Ā Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning,Ā administrationĀ and expense planning and control.Ā Ā Train medical staff on products and procedures.Ā Ā Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management.Ā

A DAY IN THE LIFE:Ā POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Ā

Planning/Results Orientation:Ā
Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget and account development targets (QoQ and YoY)Ā
Develops and executesĀ accurateĀ and on-going sales plan to achieve sales objectivesĀ
Sales prospecting to include General/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, InterventionalĀ CardiologistsĀ and other MDs treating venous diseaseĀ
IdentifyĀ opportunities within current and new customer base; develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and account penetration to include hospitals, surgeryĀ centersĀ and physician offices as appropriateĀ
Leverage TAP programs and CVG Collaboration opportunities to drive business growthĀ
StrategicallyĀ leverageĀ the full product portfolio to maximize sales and share performanceĀ
Monitors key market trends and competitive market information and informs sales management of relevant data/changesĀ
Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas toĀ maintainĀ optimumĀ level of exposure, effective timeĀ managementĀ and territory coverage efficiencyĀ
Effectively manage expenses to drive business growth and adhere to company policies and proceduresĀ
Adheres to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirementsĀ

Influence and Selling:Ā
Identify,Ā establishĀ and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff, administrators, etc. that drive business and therapy adoptionĀ
Drives value in accounts through disciplined pricing resulting in strong ASPsĀ
Effectively uses contracts and Generator Utilization agreements to drive high compliance and pullĀ through ofĀ all products.Ā
Leverage APV, Corporate Accounts, and CVG partnerships to capitalize on partnership and contracting opportunitiesĀ
Probes to understand and confirm customer needs, effectively engages and overcomes customer objectionsĀ
Effectively plans and educates referral channels to drive expected outcomesĀ
Effectively builds consensus, gainsĀ appropriate commitmentsĀ and closes businessĀ
Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customersĀ Ā
Maintain and expand existing business; develop new business opportunitiesĀ
Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the companyās product rangeĀ
Develop and implement strategies to counter competitorsĀ

Customer Service:Ā
Educates customers to ensure that products and features are understood and used effectivelyĀ
Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective mannerĀ
Effective use of OMA budgetsĀ Ā
Effectively plans cases with physicians, manages theirĀ expectationsĀ and improves outcomes when supporting casesĀ
Engages physicians in clinical conversations about advantages of theĀ EndoVenousĀ productsĀ
Conducts all business with customers in a manner that adheres to ethics & compliance guidelines and FDA requirementsĀ

Communication:Ā
Work with internal functions (marketing, customer service, finance, etc.) to meet targets (ie. Inventory management audits, customer service protocols,Ā etc.)Ā
Communicate market intelligence/competitor activity promptly, including potential sales leads, informationĀ regardingĀ product pricing or account activity to District Sales Manager and otherĀ appropriate companyĀ personnelĀ
Contribute to the development ofĀ a strong teamĀ effortĀ Ā

Self-Development and Product Knowledge:Ā
Develop andĀ maintainĀ comprehensive technical/clinical knowledge and capabilitiesĀ Ā

MUST HAVE: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience*ā
- OR Associateās Degree AND 6+ years experience*ā
- OR Bachelorās Degree AND 4+ years experience*
*Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
NICE TO HAVE:
- 4+ years of B2B or medical device sales
- Degree in biological science or business preferred
- Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
- Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
