Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses following established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze and review laboratory findings to ensure accuracy, reliability, and completeness of results.
- Calculate, verify, and document test results as required.
- Recognize and troubleshoot routine instrument or analyzer malfunctions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare reagents, media, buffers, and other laboratory materials according to prescribed procedures.
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities on equipment, reagents, media, and analytical methods.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Enter, manage, and verify test data within laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or other computerized databases.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulations.
- Support laboratory maintenance activities, including equipment calibration, monitoring, and routine upkeep.
- Collaborate effectively with laboratory staff and cross-functional teams to support project and operational objectives.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
Education/Experience (BMQ):
- Bachelors in cell biology or biochemistry plus 0 - 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience preferred with cell-based assays required.
- Expertise in multichannel pipetting
Additional preferences:
- Experience with lab automation desired (liquid handlers / plate readers, robotics).
- Ability to calculate molarity and generate dose response curves required.
Certificates and/or Licenses (BMQ):
- This position does not require any certificates or licenses.

Ability and/or Skills (BMQ):
- Must be detailed orientated and consistent in experimental approach.
- Must deliver data in a timely manner.

- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be comfortable and experienced working in a commercially focused lab environment.
- Must be a good at multi-tasking.
- Must have very keen attention to detail

Compensation:
