Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Warehouse/Operations Lead has general responsibility for assisting the Operations Supervisor with the coordinating of warehouse activities daily to ensure the full and efficient operation of the Distribution Center. You are also responsible for proper inventory being maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards being upheld.Â

Week 1: Friday – Sunday 5pm – 5am Â
Week 2: Thursday – Sunday 5pm – 5am Â
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments.
Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with associates and drivers to ensure that all product is properly counted.Â
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors.
Assists with the day-to-day activities of assigned shifts as instructed by the Operations Supervisor.Â
Assists with evaluating the performance of team members and providing training experience.Â
Documents the receipt, storage and distribution of equipment, supplies and specialty items in centralized warehouse operation.
Assists with supervision of maintenance of product handling equipment and inventory warehousing control systems, manual or automated.Â
Assists the Operations Supervisor with all assigned warehousing activities with management and administration.Â
Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.Â
Perform safety inspections and audits as required.Â
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.Â
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory environmentsÂ
2+ years of experience in inbound/outbound logisticsÂ
SAP experience is a plusÂ
Forklift driving experience required, PIT certified requiredÂ
Conveyance and or automation experience is a plus  Â
Strong attendance and punctualityÂ
Prior exposure to CPG and/or Food & Beverage industriesÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and ExcelÂ
Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skillsÂ
An understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systemsÂ
Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantageÂ
Ability to stand, walk and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Â
Regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays as needed. Â
Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.Â
Responsible for overall safety and safe operation of motor vehicle.Â
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures
Highschool Diploma or G.E.D. Required Â

The compensation for this position includes base + bonus target: $24.00 per hour; $3.00 shift differential; 5% target quarterly bonus Â
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.Â
