We are seeking a Warehouse Worker for a position in Norco, LA. The Warehouse position receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products. Non-exempt role; Reports to the Foreman; Assigned duties according to specific procedures / work is checked frequently.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics, materials management, or relatedĀ experience preferred
- Experience utilizing SAP or similar inventory management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer applications
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide quality customerĀ service
- Working knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
- Previous experience in a refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrialĀ environment preferred
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits preferred
- Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials and warehouseĀ processes preferred
- Familiarity with material staging, turnaround support, and maintenance operations preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills

- Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others at the workplace

Functional Requirements:
Stores, removes, loads, and unloads all types of materials from storage bins, pallets and vehicles that cannot be handled by material handling devices, Operates manual or mechanical devices and stocks inventory shelves, Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed, Assorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, or color, Moves materials and supplies from the warehouse and prepares for delivery, Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools, or stock items, Records material items received or distributed, May maintain inventory records, Performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain work area, Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

Physical Involvement:
