Job Title: Parts Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary: Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts. Deliver parts to dealers in Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico and surrounding areas.

TRAVELING 90% OF THE TIME!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. •Review each service order for correct parts. •Deliver parts to the dealers and/or job site. •Gather parts needed for service work order. •Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund. •File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired.
• High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.
