The Opportunity

Lake County Manufacturing Site currently has an opportunity for a Senior Manager of Site Supply Chain. The incumbent will plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of end-to-end supply, including raw material procurement, intermediate and finishing manufacturing and associated inventory to ensure inventory levels are maintained within both supply and cost expectations and delivery targets are achieved.
- Manage day-to-day supply and logistics activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.
- Activities may include materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, production activity support services, intermediate supply management, and finished goods delivery.
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures.
- Allocate resources to meet targets across all areas of site planning, production activity control, and scheduling.
- Liaise with functional and operational area managers (e.g., in manufacturing, quality, engineer and R&D) to ensure supply activities are integrated with other parts of the business.
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to minimize costs and ensure satisfactory standards of service.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop staff to ensure resources are used effectively and work schedules and targets are met.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Minimum 7 years work related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Procurement, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Experience

$129,300.00 – $258,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
