Summary

Duties
For additional information on direct hire opportunities with the Air Force please click here. Legal counsel for designated acquisition programs. Review complex contractual documents for legal sufficiency and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policy. As a senior attorney, provides expert legal advice, opinions and counsel concerning matters of administrative law, ethics, standards of conduct, commercial law, intellectual property law, and public-private partnerships. Provide oral advice to Contracting Officers and program management personnel at various levels on pertinent issues. Maintain current knowledge of changing statutory and regulatory guidance pertaining to designated acquisition systems, weapon system development, acquisition, and sustainment, as well as general developments in technology that may improve the effective delivery of legal services. Follow appropriate security directives in the safeguarding of classified, sensitive, and source selection information.
