Duties
Apply a full range of HR expertise to provide advisory services to managers utilizing HR Information Systems. Provides expert advice on policy implications of proposed management actions and accomplished necessary follow activities in support of decisions. Provides technical leadership and functional advisory for human resources to build personnel policies and operational procedures for civilian employees. Initiates, formulates and implements cutting edge concepts, principles and methods to address difficult systemic problems to advance human resources and employees relations and embark in new directions (e.g., human capital initiatives) Interpret and apply human resources concepts, laws, and regulations across functional areas to provide a full ranges of services such as staffing, classification, awards, performance management, and employee relations.
