Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians / RBTs across Northern Virginia to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Work in both in-home and center-based settings, helping kids build confidence, independence, and life skills.
What You'll Do

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and/or centers

Implement BCBA-designed programs through play, structure, and connection

Support communication, social, and daily living skill development

Collect session data and track progress

Be a consistent, positive presence for children and families

What We're Looking For

18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with children (any setting)

Reliable transportation (for in-home sessions)

ABA experience preferred, but not required-we provide training
