The Manager of Respiratory Therapy provides operational, administrative, and clinical leadership for respiratory care services throughout Jefferson Healthcare. This role oversees clinical practices, procedures, equipment, budgeting, quality improvement, program development, and operational initiatives while collaborating with physicians, administration, and clinical leaders to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
The Manager leads and develops the Respiratory Care team through hiring, onboarding, competency management, and professional development. This position fosters a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and quality while promoting positive relationships with patients, staff, providers, and internal and external partners. This position offers an opportunity to lead an essential clinical service while contributing to the continued growth and improvement of respiratory care at Jefferson Healthcare.
Schedule: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week

What You'll need:
- Graduate of an AMA-approved school of respiratory therapy (required)
- Registered respiratory therapist with current Washington state respiratory therapist licensure (required)
- BLS/ACLS/NRP certifications (required)
- Five or more years of previous hospital based cardiopulmonary experience (required)
- Two or more years of leadership experience required (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
