Technical Product Manager, Healthcare Physical AI Simulation

We are seeking an exceptional, technically strong, and highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive NVIDIA's healthcare Physical AI simulation platform. This is a rare opportunity to build foundational enabling technologies at the intersection of physical AI, robotics, simulation, and healthcare, redefining how leading healthcare device and robotics companies develop, train, evaluate, and deploy next-generation Physical AI systems. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Bring innovative physics simulation to healthcare. Identify and integrate advances in physics simulation into enabling technologies that empower healthcare developers to build and validate solutions across robot learning, in-silicon product development, and in-silicon clinical trials—without owning the end applications themselves.

• Define the product vision and strategy for healthcare Physical AI simulation, spanning classical physics-based and generative simulation, and enabling developers to tackle some of the hardest challenges in healthcare on the path toward Physical AI and in-silicon product development.

• Develop PRDs with clear technical requirements, benchmarks, product metrics, and evaluation frameworks for simulation fidelity, scalability, policy performance, sim-to-real transfer, and developer efficiency.

• Lead cross-functional execution across research, engineering, product, developer relations, marketing, and business development to bring new simulation capabilities from research into open-source releases and production adoption.

• Drive early-access partnerships with healthcare developers, including robotics OEMs and MedTech companies. Translate partner requirements and feedback into detailed platform features and work closely with engineering to deliver them.

• Help build the horizontal NVIDIA stack to enable healthcare use cases. Serve as the interface between Healthcare and NVIDIA's horizontal simulation technologies—including Warp, Newton, Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Omniverse, Cosmos, and PhysicsNeMo. Advocate for healthcare requirements in roadmaps you do not own, influence platform priorities through deep technical teamwork, and determine when to upstream capabilities into the core stack versus build healthcare-specific extensions.

• Ship an open, agent-ready platform. Define modularity, installation, documentation, CI quality gates, and release cadence. Ensure capabilities are exposed through tools and skills, making the development pipeline callable through agents, and maintain this agent-ready experience across releases.

• Engage developers and represent the work externally through conferences, developer blogs, workshops, and industry and standards discussions.

What We Need to See:

• 5+ years of related experience in product management or engineering, with hands-on experience in robotics, simulation, or related technical domains.

• Solid understanding of robotics and Physical AI, including robot learning, imitation learning, reinforcement learning, simulation, real-to-sim tuning, and sim-to-real transfer.

• Experience defining products or platforms involving simulation, synthetic data, digital twins, AI models, or developer tools.

• Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts across physics simulation, generative AI, robotics, and healthcare into clear product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps.

• Proven track record to work with engineering and research teams to define roadmaps, prioritize technical investments, and deliver products.

• Experience working directly with customers, partners, or developers to identify requirements and drive adoption. Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous customer feedback into specific, testable technical requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to developers, researchers, and industry partners.

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or an equivalent.

Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd:

• Hands-on experience developing computer-aided engineering (CAE) solutions, particularly using GPU-accelerated simulation technologies such as Warp, Newton, or PhysX.

• Background in healthcare robotics or medical device development, including an understanding of regulatory considerations around simulation, synthetic data, and in-silicon development.

• Deep expertise in physics-based simulation for medical device development and/or robot learning.

• Experience with world foundation models, generative simulation, or synthetic data generation.

• Publications, patents, or demonstrated technical contributions in robotics, simulation, Physical AI, medical robotics or medical device computational modeling

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 224,250 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until September 26, 2026.
