Training & Education Specialist,Ā you willĀ become part ofĀ theĀ dynamicĀ AdvancedĀ Field TrainingĀ Team responsible for training and educating ourĀ Electrophysiology TherapiesĀ (EPT)Ā field force.Ā Use yourĀ subjectĀ matterĀ expertise, experience,Ā and passion to train field representatives who bring life-changing devices and therapies to thousandsĀ of patients.Ā Ā

A Day inĀ the Life:Ā Ā
Lead the development and continuous improvementĀ ofĀ trainingĀ programsĀ and eventsĀ forĀ field employees on Medtronic CRM products, therapies,Ā and procedures, primarilyĀ withĀ theĀ CardiovascularĀ Diagnostics &Ā Services (CDS)Ā andĀ Defibrillation Solutions (DS) businessĀ
CollaborateĀ withĀ SalesĀ Leaders, Medical Education,Ā and Marketing toĀ createĀ interactive and purposefulĀ training programs, tailored for bothĀ in-person and virtual settingsĀ
Deliver classroom, lab,Ā or web-based technical product and procedure instructionĀ
Develop &Ā maintainĀ digital education contentĀ that aligns with field prioritiesĀ
IdentifyĀ gaps in content and Medtronic technology & therapyĀ andĀ developĀ and implement programs toĀ address these gapsĀ
PartnerĀ with field teams toĀ support local education and develop programs and content to meet those needsĀ
Engage in continuous learning to be a reliable, trusted resource ofĀ accurate, up-to-date knowledge, focusing on adult education curriculum design and delivery methodsĀ Ā
Navigate the content/document review and approval process, ensuring compliance with industry regulationsĀ Ā
Maintain project management tracking for program activities relevant to compliance,Ā logistics, budget, and metricsĀ
Demonstrate willingness to build andĀ maintainĀ positive relationships with a diverse set of peers and colleagues across organizational levels to include Sales and global business partnersĀ
Work with global regions toĀ identifyĀ needs and help enable localization of educationĀ
Ability to travelĀ up toĀ approximatelyĀ 40%Ā

Must Have:Ā
Ā
High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years experience).
Experience designing training curriculum to achieve organizational goals andĀ identifyingĀ training gapsĀ
Experience working with technical content and synthesizingĀ key learnings into training contentĀ Ā

Ā Experience designing online learning in a variety of modalities including classroom, synchronous and asynchronous, microlearning, and digital job aidsĀ
Experience working on multiple, simultaneous projects that require both strategic thinking and high-speed tactical executionĀ Ā
International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners CertificationĀ (IBHREĀ APĀ orĀ EP)Ā
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and learning principlesĀ Ā
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
