About this Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role combines executive storytelling, presentation development, and visual communication with business execution, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
Approximately 50% of the role is focused on creating Board-ready presentations, executive communications, dashboards, and leadership materials that translate complex business, regulatory, risk, and operational topics into clear and compelling narratives. The remaining 50% is focused on driving strategic initiatives, supporting business management activities, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and enabling leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate brings exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex and highly regulated environment.
In This Role, You Will
Design professional presentations, infographics, visualizations, and strategic roadmaps that effectively communicate business priorities and performance.
Translate complex business, risk, regulatory, and operational information into clear, compelling narratives and actionable insights.
Create executive messaging, talking points, briefing materials, and reporting packages that support leadership decision-making.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives and key business objectives.
Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive accountability for successful execution.
Partner across business, risk, operations, technology, finance, and control functions to deliver complex initiatives and executive-facing materials.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by supporting business management activities, governance routines, and strategic planning efforts.
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and improve organizational effectiveness.
Apply strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications
Experience within banking, financial services, regulatory agencies, Big 4 consulting, advisory, or legal environments supporting regulatory, governance, or strategic business initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, Visio, and related design tools, with demonstrated experience creating executive-ready presentations and data visualizations.
Exceptional executive communication skills, including experience developing leadership presentations, Board materials, executive messaging, and strategic communications.
Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities with the ability to distill complex business, risk, regulatory, and operational topics into concise and actionable insights.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and partner effectively across a complex, matrixed organization.
