It is a build-and-execute seat with clear room to grow as the platform scales.
What you get to do:

Partner with the capital markets team to support the Company's active financings, alongside advisors and lending partners.
Partner with the development team to understand the project pipeline and provide financing, structuring, and analytical support as new projects advance toward contracting.
Establish and run an institutional investment process for onboarding new debt and equity capital partners ā governance, reporting cadence, capital-approval framework, and project-level reporting that outside investors will expect as the Company scales.
Execute JV, intercompany, and strategic transactions, including project M&A / sales and co-investment structures.
Build, audit, and maintain project finance models, translating development, procurement, and construction milestones into materials reviewed by the Company board and capital partners.
