We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in process engineering within the automotive industry, with a strong ability to analyze, optimize, and implement efficient production solutions. This role requires expertise in process design and improvement, project management capabilities, and a results-driven approach to problem-solving.

A solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is essential to drive operational excellence, quality, and productivity across manufacturing operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience developing, analyzing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve operational performance.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering, to resolve complex manufacturing challenges.

  • Ability to develop innovative manufacturing solutions and leverage new technologies to improve production quality, capacity, and reliability.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD for product design, process development, tooling, and manufacturing support.
