Who are we looking for?
Our US East Environmental business group is looking for an Environmental Project Manager and accomplished technical leader to join our contamination assessment and remediation team in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will lead project teams focused on the investigation, evaluation, design, implementation, and optimization of remedies for contaminated industrial sites.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Fast-paced projects with a motivated team of technical expertise from varying disciplines working towards a unified goal of operational excellence and quality client experience
- Having pride and ownership over your work product
- Providing creative solutions to fit the needs of our clients and communities
- Leading and contributing to the preparation of proposals, strategies, and deliverables in a client-facing role
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or environmental science
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) is a plus
- 10+ years of environmental consulting experience including management of projects (i.e. contaminant investigation, remedial design, compliance, etc.)
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and swiftly adapt to changing client needs
- Experience in identifying existing client growth potential
- Robust written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely both verbally and in technical writing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Capable of producing high quality products on schedule and within budget
