About The Role As the Store Manager , you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have: Leadership experience, ideally in a retail or customer service environment. Leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. The ability to motivate and inspire small team. Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
